My Story

Fifteen years inside a global manufacturing company taught me the truth this whole system is built on: nobody gets promoted for output alone. I watched brilliant experts stall while their less-qualified peers rose — and I watched decision-makers struggle to explain why, because the real criteria were things nobody says out loud: composure, credibility, presence, trust.

For years I thought I had to be tough and hide my weaknesses to succeed. When I finally started showing up as my real self — admitting what I didn't know, asking for help — my career took off. That lesson became the "Be True to You" pillar of everything I now teach.

Why I Do It

I kept watching the wrong people get passed over — talented, hardworking professionals stuck not because they weren't qualified, but because nobody had ever shown them the real scoreboard. So I built it.
